The Village is an independent creative nonfiction publication launched in January 2026 by Alicia Boettjer. Her goal with this work is simple: help people remember their personhood through story.
Alicia's creative work has been published in Bending Genres and Hecate magazine (now defunct). She is also the owner of a content marketing business and extremely talkative orange cat.
