WHEN ARE NEW ISSUES RELEASED?

The Village is a quarterly publication with issues set to release the four times per year.

 

HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive 4 issues starting with the next unreleased issue. If you purchase a subscription during a pre-order, your subscription will start with that pre-order.

 

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

Pre-orders open before the issue is released at a small discount. By pre-ordering you help offset our printing costs which are currently out of pocket.

 

WHY IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?

The publication itself weighs over a pound, so postage is quite pricey. We ship in corrugated cardboard boxes to protect the magazines. Every penny of shipping is used toward either material or postage.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE A CHANGE OF ADDRESS?

If you have a change of address for any reason after your order is placed, please email us at sales@thevillagemag.com and we will update your order.

 

HOW LONG WILL EACH ISSUE BE AVAILABLE?

Each issue will be available until they are sold out. Unless we announce plans to restock an issue, they are gone for good.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday) unless pre-ordered.

 

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

US orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail and International Orders are shipped USPS First Class International. 

 

WHAT IF MY COPY IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

Although we take every precaution while packaging the magazines, we cannot control how they are treated by the post office. If you happen to receive a damaged item, please send us an email at sales@thevillagemag.com and we will replace it free of charge.

 

HOW DO I GET MY DIGITAL COPY?

You will receive an order confirmation followed by a password to view our online section of the site where the digital issues are held. If you do not receive the password, shoot us an email at sales@thevillagemag.com and we will get it straightened out.
